What formats are accepted?
DOCX and DOC! This is so we can leave in-line comments. However, if you do decide to use a PDF, please be advised that we will not be able to do that. This will be communicated to you ahead of time.
How can I contact you if I have questions or concerns?

What happens if I miss my appointment?
Due to high demand, we can only allow you to reschedule once with no penalty. However, if you miss the re-scheduled appointment WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
What if I don't like the feedback I received?
Feel free to contact us if you would like clarification, but we don't offer refunds simply because you don't like it. We provide honest and valuable feedback so you can improve as a writer.
How will I receive my edits?
Via email! Please make sure to include that at checkout or in the document so we can send it to the right person.
How long will it take for you to finish my story/film/poem?
It varies depending on the word count or how many! We will provide you that information after we assess your intake form.
What genres do you accept?
We accept anything! We're pretty open-minded.
Do you provide sample edits?
Upon request, yes! We would be more than happy to provide a sample edit if you would like to assess our services before fully committing.
How do your consultation calls work?
It's super easy! Just email us to book an appointment and we will work with you from there.
