RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is due to you no longer wanting the product, you are required to pay for the shipping, which will not be refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We do need to have a tracking number to issue a refund prior to the items being returned.
If you need to return an item, simply email us with your order number and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once it has been issued back to your method of payment.
For all editing and beta-reading services, NO REFUND will be given just because you don't like the feedback you received.
For consultation calls, you will be allowed to reschedule 24 hours before your appointment ONCE without penalty! If you miss the rescheduled appointment, we will NOT OFFER A REFUND!
